We are unable to offer refunds on custom reels, but we will correct any production issue in accordance to our return policy

Ages 3 to 100! We have friends and family of all ages who have enjoyed seeing their photos with Prōjectagram. 

Please do not give the flashlight or reels to kids younger than 3, however, due to small parts and the bright light. 

Eight (8) photos per reel

900 pixels by 900 pixels is the minimum required image dimensions to provide acceptable results, we recommend higher resolution.

We will do everything we can do to correct any error with your order. Please contact us with your order number and problem.

Order cutoff for Christmas will be December 11 2022. Everything received after will be sent in the new year.

We expect you'll receive your order within 10 days. This accounts for the time to customize, print, run quality assurance, and deliver your order. You'll receive a shipment notice with a tracking number when it leaves our shop.
